NRA Show - Tips for Brokers
From VANEEpedia
Plan to Make the Most of the NRA Show This Year
What are Brokers doing now? Many Sales Agents approach the biggest event in the industry as a networking opportunity. They make a few new contacts, gather some trendy recipe ideas, collect operator tips for their customers and nosh on samples. All of these things are good. But are they enough? This year, can anyone afford not to make the most of the show?
What more can we do? This is the one event where it is likely that many of your professional contacts will be in the same place. Instead of just making the rounds to ensure you connect with everyone, make the rounds to ensure your customers also connect with the right people. If you don’t do it, someone else might swoop in to manage their NRA experience (uh oh). By taking a little time to plan ahead, you can create a situation that benefits everyone - and will lead to more sales for you.
How? Personally invite your customers to the show. Plan ahead and map out a tour route for each customer you expect to attend. By mapping a route in advance, you won’t waste your customers time by zigzagging across the floors (and thereby risking their speedy exit).
